Ireland values having an authentic relationship with those she works with and strives to create a brave and open space every session. Her approach to counseling is collaborative and unique to each individual she works with. Ireland’s foundational theory is rooted in Constructivism, which allows her to utilize techniques from different treatment modalities including play therapy, art therapy, narrative therapy, etc. Ireland works with clients 5 years and older.

University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with emphasis in Human Services, along with minors in both Sociology and Child, Youth & Family Studies
 
University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
