Ann Dixon, LPC

Ann has an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy that is tailored to fit the needs of her clients. She believes in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that allows a client to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop skills, and work towards their goals.

She has worked with adolescents, adults and families who have experienced anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, post-traumatic stress, trauma, family issues, and other co-occurring disorders.

Ann approaches counseling with a client-centered and strength-based lens that utilizes interventions from a variety of theoretical orientations such as:

·        Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

·        Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

·        Existential Therapy

·        Play Therapy
