Jessica Wilharms, LPC
I am a clinical psychotherapist who works with veterans, first responders, new parents, and individuals navigating alcohol use, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel both safe and purposeful – a place where you can be honest about the hard things while also building practical skills for real life.
My work is especially informed by my experience supporting military families and individuals living with ADHD-related challenges. I understand how high-responsibility roles, faith, identity, and service can shape the way we cope – and sometimes the way we struggle.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, respect, and a steady presence. I aim to help clients make sense of their experiences, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels sustainable. There is space in our work for the full range of human experience – including the humor that often helps people survive difficult seasons.
