Samantha is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training who earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concordia University in St. Paul and her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. Dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional wellness and personal growth, Samantha aims to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in a compassionate, client-centered space. By working collaboratively to set achievable goals and create a personalized plan that aligns with the unique needs and aspirations of her clients, she utilizes techniques and strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Samantha is passionate about helping her clients develop coping strategies, foster resilience, and assist them in reaching their unique aspirations. Samantha believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strives to empower those she works with to take an active role in their healing process. Her areas of focus include:

In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time with cats, crocheting, baking sweet treats, and watching scary movies! Samantha provides therapy for clients ages 12 and older.
